01 · Why I do this

Anyone can build anything now.
If they know the logic.

This year I built a complete sales CRM, with a WhatsApp inbox, a pipeline and commission tracking, on my own, in two weeks, using AI agents. Not long ago that took a team, a budget and months.

That's when it hit me: building is no longer the expensive part. Learning how to build still is.

I don't believe that has to be permanent. Technology can make excellent teaching affordable, and practical skills can change a family's income within months. The belief isn't new; it runs through everything I've built: my first training institute, Alt Academy, the free vocational school I'm designing today, and now the bootcamp.

Affordable learning won't arrive on its own. I'd rather help build it than wait for it.

Sales CRM

A sales CRM for teams that sell on WhatsApp: pipeline, shared inbox, renewals, commissions and conversion tracking back to Meta. Built for Alt Academy's sales team and designed to be reused.

  • A WhatsApp Cloud API inbox with templates, voice-note transcription and reply-speed tracking
  • Weighted auto-assignment, a renewals queue, a leaderboard and monthly commission statements
  • Telecom call logs matched to sales, and pipeline stages sent to Meta's Conversions API

Therapy booking platform

A booking platform for a therapy practice: clients self-book and pay, or the therapist schedules manually. Subscriptions, four currencies and automatic Zoom links.

  • Clients book, fill in intake and consent, pay and get a Zoom link automatically
  • The therapist gets a calendar, session packages and a drag-and-drop form builder

AI Past Paper Solver & Chatbot

ChemBot, an AI chemistry tutor for Alt Academy students. An agentic RAG chatbot that searches a Pinecone vector database of 3,000+ OCR'd Cambridge past-paper questions to find the exact one a student is stuck on.

  • Pick the year, session, paper, variant and question, or just ask in your own words
  • Answers show the working, the final answer and the mark-scheme phrasing
  • Follow-up questions in the same chat, to go deeper on any step
